    Physical Education Curriculum
    K-8 Curriculum - Good for the whole FAMILY!

    The long awaited expansion of our popular Core 1 Program!

    Family Time Fitness Core 2 builds off Core 1 and is designed to help children further develop their gross motor skills. Each lesson contains a warm up, activity/game time, cool down, and suggested outdoor activity. The 156 lessons in Core 2 are broken down into 5 lesson blocks. Each block of lessons  emphasizes specific skill and health related fitness components. The fitness components in Core 2 include agility, coordination, body awareness, strength, balance, and ball skills. Core 2 is  for children ages 6 to 13 but it can be done by the entire family.

    Core 1 should be completed before starting Core 2. Going through Core 2 will help improve athletic ability and help your children perform better in their sports and other activities. Incorporating physical education and physical activities into your family's weekly routines will help everyone physically, mentally, and emotionally.
